Hear Me, See Me, Buy Me

Doing a five-minute slot at a reading on Saturday afternoon. Here's the haps:

St Louis Poetry Center: Inviting Poets to TALK BACK
Saturday, March 6, 1:00pm-3:00pm

Open Mic Reading on Exhibit
Craft Alliance Gallery at the Kranzberg Arts Center
501 N Grand

Make sure you have a spot by signing up ahead of time at
poetsvoice@stlouispoetrycenter.org (although you CAN just show up at the door)

Respond to Tim Curtis’ exhibition “See How My Mind Works” with your own poem. Write a poem or poems that talk to the art, about the art, or in the light of the art. The artist will contribute some of his own poems to be read. Gallery hours are Wed-Sat. 12-6pm; Sunday 12-5pm. The space is closed Monday and Tuesday.

At the reading on March 6, each poet will have 5 minutes total for poem/poems and patter. Time yourself ahead and be considerate of your fellow poets. We will end at 3:00 sharp – or nearly sharp.

Also, I now have chapbooks for sale...while supplies last! Easy-breezy button-pushing on the right gets you your very own DIY chapbook. Great for Easter baskets!
